Gingival Hyperplasia

The most high yield drugs that cause Gingival hyperplasia are:

  • Calcium channel blockers; specifically Nifedipine and Verapamil

  • Anticonvulsants; sepcifically Phenytoin but also others

  • Cyclosporine
M5 AML may also cause gingival enlargement
